Martha is Dead will be going the big screen treatment. Wired Prodcutions, publishers of the game, has entered into a exclusive partnerhip with Italian game studio LKA and Swedish film production company Studios Extraordinaires to for a film adaption of the game.

The dark first person psychological thriller is set in war-ravaged Tuscany in 1944. Players play as Guilia, a young woman in the grips of the mystery surround the death of her twin sister Martha.

“The game’s gripping narrative and unique setting make it a perfect candidate for a film adaptation,” states Leo Zullo, Managing Director, Wired Productions. “We’re thrilled to join forces with Studios Extraordinaires to create a landmark cinematic experience, merging the artistry of gaming and filmmaking in an unprecedented way.”

Studios Extraordinaires will spearhead the adapation and is in active development.

Martha is Dead was orginial released on February 24th on 2022 and is currently on PC, Playstation and Xbox!
